We're a Gas Safe registered plumbing and heating company covering all 33 London boroughs, offering everything from emergency callouts to full boiler installations and bathroom renovations, with fixed pricing and no call-out charge.
We cover emergency plumbing, boiler installation and repair, central heating, bathroom and shower installation, blocked drains, leak detection, radiator services, guttering, water softeners, outside taps, power flushing, hot water cylinder replacement, and more. Our engineers are trained to our own internal standards before working unsupervised, and every engineer is Gas Safe registered and fully insured, whether directly employed or a long-term approved partner.

Yes. A real person answers our line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — not a machine or an answering service.
Yes, for most services. Evening and weekend appointments are available at no extra cost on services marked as 24/7 or emergency.
This varies by service — simple repairs can often be booked for the next day, while installations (boilers, bathrooms) usually start with a free survey to confirm timing and scope.
Yes, free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Shorter notice, or our engineer being unable to gain access, may incur a reasonable charge — see our Terms & Conditions for details.

Pricing & Payment

How our pricing works, and what you’ll actually pay.

No. We never charge a call-out fee, day or night, anywhere in London. You only pay for the work carried out.
No. Our advertised prices are the same whatever time you call — there's no unsociable-hours surcharge on our standard pricing.
Your engineer assesses the job on arrival and confirms a fixed price before starting any work. If the scope changes once work is underway (for example, a hidden fault is found), we explain the revised cost and get your approval first.
No. We operate a single, transparent price list across all of London — the same fixed prices whether you're in Zone 1 or Zone 6.
We accept card payment and bank transfer, with payment due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Common questions about boiler work and central heating.

A combi boiler suits most flats and smaller households. A system boiler works well for homes with higher hot water demand or multiple bathrooms. A conventional boiler is often used for like-for-like replacements in older properties. A free survey confirms the best fit for your property.
Most installations are completed within a day, though larger or more complex jobs may take longer — confirmed during your free survey.
It's often recommended, particularly on older systems, to clear sludge and debris that could otherwise damage a new boiler. Your engineer will advise whether it's needed for your system.
Yes. All boiler, gas appliance, and heating work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers (Reg. No. 123456), and every installation is properly certified.

Guarantee & Insurance

What’s covered if something goes wrong.

All work carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee covering defects arising from the quality of our labour. It doesn't cover faults in materials not supplied by us, or damage from misuse or third-party interference. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Yes, we carry £5,000,000 public liability insurance, and all engineers are individually insured for the work they carry out.

Emergencies

What counts as an emergency, and how fast we respond.

We aim to have an engineer at your property within 60 minutes on average for genuine emergencies, across all boroughs we cover. Response times vary slightly by location and traffic.
Burst pipes, significant leaks, blocked or overflowing toilets and drains, total loss of heating or hot water, and boiler breakdowns are all treated as emergencies. If in doubt, call us and we'll advise.
If you smell gas, leave the property, avoid using switches or naked flames, and call the National Gas Emergency Service immediately on 0800 111 999. You can also contact us, but the gas emergency line should always be your first call in this situation.
No — services like boiler installation, bathroom fitting, and power flushing are planned projects rather than emergencies, though our booking line for these is still open 24/7. Genuinely urgent issues like burst pipes, blocked drains, and total heating loss are handled as true emergency callouts.
